Under the direction of Professor Hideyuki Tsukagoshi, we are developing novel actuators that integrate fluids and soft materials, applying them to healthcare/nursing robots as well as maintenance/rescue robots. Furthermore, we are pursuing a new paradigm of Fluid Robotics by integrating the core principles: "sensing with fluids, controlling with fluids, and actuating with fluids."
